Certified Personal Data Protection Management System Consultant
As India moves to meet the global norms of privacy protection and adopting a Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), industries are struggling to put together a Personal Data Protection Management System (PDPMS) in their organizations.
When the PDPA of India gets implemented, there will be considerable requirements for qualified Data Protection Officers to be appointed by big and small companies. Large companies need to set up a team of data protection officers with a Chief Data Protection Officer to lead. Proposed Data Protection Authority of India (DPAI) will accredit Data Auditors who may conduct the mandatory annual data audit as envisaged under the Act with a Data Trust Score assessment, for which a detailed guideline will be released.

FDPPI and DNV have launched a new comprehensive ‘Certified PDPMS consultant/Assessor’ training program to equip you to address the challenges in privacy compliance.
This training combines three modules namely:
- Module I (India Data Protection Law)
- Module G (Global Data Protection Laws)
- Module A (Data Audits).
This course will help you to transform yourself to a Data Protection Professional with a strong foundation of data protection laws in India as well as several global jurisdictions such as EU, US, Singapore, Brazil, and Dubai DIFS A well thought course evaluation at the end of this training will help you to choose your role either as an assessor or as a consultant.
Sessions will be handled by the industry experts in Privacy and Cyber laws.
Each module will be followed by an online examination with a duration of 90 Minutes.
Course Fees: The Fee for the program is INR 40,000/- plus applicable taxes.
