In addition, the course also imparted knowledge on UTM reporting templates and its practical usage.

The course was delivered by DNV experts, Mr. Tan Jyh Shu from DNV Singapore and Mr. Raju Mudunuri (Co-trainer) from DNV India. “The course went off very smoothly with a large turnout of people coming from a string of UTM service supplier companies such as ZENER Maritime Solutions, Industrial Marine & Oilfield Services (India) Private Ltd., Kings Ocean Marine Services Pvt. Ltd., Greatship (India) Ltd., Oceanic Enterprises,” avers Mr. Venkateswaran, DNV Academy Manager, India.

The training was interactive with active involvement from participants. “Encouraging & constructive feedback received from participants, and the increasing demand by UTM companies to get their personnel qualified, gives us the conviction to conduct more such courses in the near future,” says Raju Mudunuri.
